Every year, Citizenship and Immigration Canada approves hundreds of thousands of immigrations applications from representatives. Only some people are allowed to represent you on an immigration application.
You can check if a person is licensed to represent immigrants or to give advice.
Find out who is an authorized representative and who can legally represent you by clicking on the links provided below:
- Citizenship or Immigration Consultants must be a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.
- To check good standing of Pranav Kumar Shah, click on above link and enter his RCIC# R517240 into the search box.
- Lawyers or notaries must be a member of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec (see below).
- Paralegals (Ontario only) must be members of the Law Society of Upper Canada
If they are not members in good standing, you should not use their services.
