ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum equity investment of CAD $500,000 to establish or purchase and expand an eligible business in BC
• Create at least 3 new jobs for Canadian citizen/PR for each proposed key staff.
• Sign a Performance Agreement with the provincial government of BC
